Slay Queen Swap is built for families. These rules aren't fine print — they're the foundation of the whole app.
Every account belongs to a verified adult. Kids (ages 6–17) are profiles managed by their parent — they can browse and save picks, but they never message anyone, send requests, or attend handoffs.
Every uploaded photo is scanned before it publishes. Photos containing faces, people, identifying information, or unsafe content are rejected and deleted automatically.
Items change hands in one of two ways: shipping between parents, or a parent-to-parent meetup at a public safe place (library, park, school, mall, family restaurant). Kids never meet strangers.
When an item ships, the parent receiving the item pays for shipping. The shipping parent sets the shipping cost and a PayPal receiving email; the receiving parent taps “Pay shipping with PayPal” and pays them directly through PayPal. Slay Queen Swap never handles the money — PayPal handles the payment directly between the two parents, and a PayPal account that can receive payments is required.
See something off? Every listing has a Report button, and you can block any parent to hide their items from your feed. Reports are reviewed and can lead to removal.
Listing photos live in private storage. Shipping addresses are never typed in chat — each parent enters theirs in a private, structured field that only unlocks for the other parent once a shipping swap is accepted, and can be deleted at any time. Chat blocks addresses, phone numbers and emails.
Every listing has a Report button. You can also block a parent to hide their items from your feed. We review every report.
Slay Queen Swap is a platform that connects parents so their children can swap kids' clothing, shoes, books and accessories. We are not responsible for the condition of swapped items, lost or damaged shipments, delayed deliveries, or any dispute that arises between parents over a swap.
It is your responsibility as a parent to make sure your child swaps in a safe manner. That means vetting the other parent, choosing a public safe place for any handoff, supervising every exchange, and using your own judgment before shipping an item or sharing a shipping address.
By using Slay Queen Swap you agree that all swaps, shipments, and meetups happen at your own risk. We provide the tools — parents provide the supervision.
